ClickFlow (clickflowpro.com) is a digital marketing and web design agency based in El Paso, Texas. We provide web design, brand identity, paid media management, and SEO services to businesses across the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or submit an inquiry, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. That form asks for: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company or organization name, current website URL (optional), project type, estimated budget, timeline, how you heard about us, and a description of your project.

We do not collect information passively through tracking pixels, behavioral profiling tools, or third-party ad networks. We do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms at this time, though we may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we are a good fit for your project. We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your information, or share it with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate our contact form (see Web3Forms below).

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form submission service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to our inbox. Web3Forms does not store your submission data after delivery. You can review their privacy practices at web3forms.com.

This site loads fonts (Instrument Serif and Geist) from Google Fonts via a standard browser request. This means your IP address is sent to Google's servers as part of font loading. Google may log this request according to their own privacy policy. We use font-display settings to minimize the number of requests made.

This website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal hosting operations. We do not configure Vercel to store or analyze this data beyond what is required for security and uptime. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The site may use session-level browser storage as part of normal Next.js operation, but no persistent tracking cookies are set.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal information.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to manage the business relationship. If you would like your information removed, contact us at hello@clickflowpro.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
